About Me

The human side of meaningful change.

I'm Domante Kibirkstyte, a learning and development consultant, corporate trainer and executive coach working at the intersection of emotional intelligence, neuroscience, leadership and organisational change.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: lasting change begins with people, but it takes more than individual awareness to sustain it.

I help leaders and teams better understand themselves and one another, navigate difficult conversations, take ownership of their choices and translate new insights into everyday behaviours. Beyond developing individual capabilities, I'm interested in the conditions that allow people and organisations to thrive — the relationships, cultures and systems that shape how we think, feel, decide and work together.

My professional journey has taken me across Lithuania, the United Kingdom and Belgium, with further education and development in the United States. Having worked in leadership, human resources and organisational development, I bring both an international perspective and first-hand understanding of the realities leaders and teams navigate.

My approach draws on a diverse educational background. These disciplines inform an integrative approach to development that recognises the interconnectedness of mind, body and environment.

My Journey & Expertise

Executive and team coaching — ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with professional training through Full Circle Global and further development at Tony Robbins Mastery University.

Neuroscience and human behaviour — studies with the International Academy of Neuroscience & Education.

Resilience and wellbeing — certified studies in personal resilience through HarvardX, Harvard University's online learning initiative.

Mindfulness and embodied practices — integrating awareness of the cognitive, emotional and somatic dimensions of human experience.

I believe emotional intelligence is not simply another leadership competency. It shapes how we respond under pressure, how we relate to others, how we navigate uncertainty and how we show up when conversations become uncomfortable.

That's why my work goes beyond delivering knowledge. I create spaces for reflection, honest dialogue and practical experimentation, helping people challenge familiar patterns, develop greater self-awareness and make more conscious choices.

What Matters to Me

Ultimately, I want to help organisations build cultures where care and accountability coexist, where values are reflected in decisions rather than displayed on walls, and where growth is both human and sustainable.

So that change becomes lived rather than performative.
